A low impact, fat burning class using hand weights and resistance bands that will improve your fitness, strengthen and tone all the major muscles for a total body workout. Specific exercises focus on toning your thighs, bums and tums as well as exercises to improve core strength and stability. A fun, total body workout suitable for all levels of fitness. A 45 minute weekly led walk from Your Town, Hoddesdon suitable for all fitness levels. The routes vary but are all buggy and dog friendly on footpaths. As well as getting some fresh air and exercise it is also a great way to meet people and have a chat as you walk. Pop back to Your Town afterwards for a coffee at Heidi's Kitchen. The walk is free and sponsored by VolkerWessels UK (Hoddesdon).
An outdoor, post-natal exercise class where you can bring along your baby and exercise without the worry of childcare. The class includes cardiovascular and toning exercises, as well as specific exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and core. A great way to improve your fitness and get back into shape after having a baby and meet other new mums.
Please ensure that you have had your postnatal check with the doctor. Please wear trainers, bring a drink and a towel/mat for floor exercises. I have mats which can be purchased for £2 if you wish. This is an all-weather workout so come prepared! Please contact me to book a place.

Drop the kids at school and come along for a fun, sociable fitness session in Barclay Park. You work at your own pace so the class is suitable for all levels of fitness, particularly those who are new to exercise and want to take that first step to a healthier and more active lifestyle. Sessions include boxing, circuits, toning exercises and core work. It's a friendly, supportive group of mums who encourage each other and nobody is there to judge you. Please contact me for details of the next 12 week programme. The programme is designed for complete beginners to running and will culminate with a local 5k Parkrun. You need to be committed in order to achieve the 5k goal and be prepared to do some 'homework'!.
